The Voice Response Unit (VRU) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except for occasional maintenance periods)

Participant Services Representatives are available 7:00 am – 7:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday (except on days when the New York Stock Exchange is closed).

Enroll in the 401(k) Plan.

Check account balance and investment performance.

Make investment elections or transfer funds between investment options.

Change contribution percentages.

Request a loan or withdrawal.

Update or change beneficiary information.

Request a payout upon leaving the Company.

Services Available
Pension Initiation: If you are pension eligible, you must call the Benefit Plans Office to receive retirement counseling and initiate your pension benefit.

Loan Payments: If loan payments are not being deducted from your paycheck as expected, it is your responsibility to contact the Benefit Plans Office to determine why.

Military Leave: Contact the Benefit Plans Office for information regarding making up missed contributions and receiving matching contributions following a military leave.

Address Changes: It is important to notify the Benefit Plans Office of any change in address, both while actively participating and after retirement, to ensure receipt of benefit communications and tax information.

Disabled Participants: Contact the Benefit Plans Office for information on continuing to accrue Pension Service Credit while on Long-Term Disability.

QDROs (Domestic Relations Orders): Contact the Benefit Plans Office if you think a court may issue a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO).

Conversion Forms: Contact the Benefit Plans Office to request a conversion form for Basic Life coverage, Special Accident Insurance, or GUL/AD&D portability options.
